Es waren doch immer schon die Omas des Landes, die die besten Mehlspeisen auf den Tisch zauberten. So auch bei uns. Darum backen wir auch heute noch Omas Kipferl nach unserem burgenländischen Familienrezept.
Die kleinen Butter-Mürbteigkipferl füllen wir mit vielen guten Walnüssen. Das feine Vanille-Aroma gibt ihnen dann den letzten Schliff. Genau so gut wie damals und mit genau so viel Freude aufgegessen.
